TIP41C NPN Power Transistor

Description:

TIP41C is a three-layer NPN device within the working range, the collector current IC is a function of the base current IB, a change in the base current giving a corresponding amplified change in the collector current for a given collector-emitter voltage VCE. A positive voltage is given to the collector terminal to produce a current flow from the collector to the emitter. In a PNP transistor, a positive voltage is given to the emitter terminal to produce current flow from the emitter to the collector.
